Ally Saleh Kiba aka Ali Kiba is a Tanzanian singer, song writer,director and footballer. He was born on 26th November 1986 in Iringa Region in Tanzania.
Ali Kiba's Music Life and Career.
Ali Kiba became a household name after making the debut album and hit single 'Cinderella,' which was the best selling album and biggest selling record in East Africa in 2008.
In 2009 he released his second album ' 'Ali K 4 Real' which included hits such as 'Nakshi Mrembo' and 'Usiniseme.' He was later endorsed by Airtel Africa brand for the One8 project alongside the Billboard most influential global American R&B artist and other Africa's mega artists.
In 2015 he released the singles 'Mwana' and 'Chekecha Cheketua', which he bagged six awards in the Tanzania Music Awards. Some other awards that he has under his sleeves are, in 2016, he won the MTV EMA for the Best African Act, the same year, in the East Africa TV Awards his hit song 'Aje' gave him the Song of the Year, Video of the Year and Best Male Artist.
In 2019 he released an album 'So Hot.' In this very year he won, the Best Live Act and Best Male East Africa in the AFRIMA. He has worked with some household names including Tommy Flavour, Christian Bella, Sauti Sol, Darassa, Ommy Dimpoz, Otile Brown, Lady Jaydee, Nandy, Rude Boy among others.
