Asha Mwilu Ahmed is a Kenyan journalist, editor, investigative reporter, and media personality.
Education
She attended United States International University, where she studied activities and societies, as well as the Model of the United Nations international relations club, and graduated in 2007 with a degree in broadcast journalism.
Career
She began her career in June 2010 as the Head of News at FM Kenya, where she remained until December 2011. In 2015, she was promoted to senior reporter for politics and special projects at KTN, where she covered significant events in African history. Some of these events include Al Shabaab terrorism in Northern Kenya, the South Sudan war, Nelson Mandela's death, the Westgate Mall attack, and Kenyan general elections.
