Bebe Cool (born September 1, 1977) is a prominent African fusion, reggae, and ragga performer from Uganda. He began his career in Nairobi, Kenya, circa 1997, but returned to his home country a few years later. Bebe Cool was one of the first performers to be associated with Ogopa DJs, a Kenyan production house and record label.

"Fitina" and "Mambo Mingi" are two of his most popular singles. On their crossover track "Sambagala," he also teamed with Halima Namakula, a veteran Ugandan female artist. Maisha and Senta are his two solo albums. His lyrics are in three languages: Luganda, Swahili, and English.

Bebe Cool has formed a reggae ensemble called the East African Bashment Crew with Kenyan pair Necessary Noize. They have one album, Fire, and two successful singles, "Africa Unite" and "Fire". The group has been nominated for the inaugural MTV Africa Music Awards in 2008.

In January 2010, he was shot at by a police officer.
Bebe Cool was playing at the Kyadondo Rugby Club on July 11, 2010 when a bomb planted by the Somali Islamist terrorist group al-Shabaab exploded (July 2010 Kampala attacks).
